⚙️ Application Global Settings
Manage global system features & persistent database configurations.
Show Demo & Sample Materials
When ON, sample/demo academic materials are included in mobile app listings.
When OFF, demo materials are hidden completely across the entire app so students only see real uploaded materials.
Disable AI Features
When ON, AI assistant mentions (@Bot / @AI) in community chat are disabled and will instantly reply with "Sorry, Im disabled for now" without calling external AI APIs.
When OFF, AI features work normally using active AI pool keys.
Allow Community Chat
When ON, real-time community chat messaging is enabled across the mobile app.
When OFF, chat input is disabled and replaced with "Community chat disabled by administrator".
Forum Whitelist
Choose who can participate in Uni Forum. The blacklist always overrides the selected access mode. Blocked users cannot send, receive new forum messages, or get forum push notifications.
Allow Payments
When ON, manual and automatic milestone payments can use the configured Daraja B2C API.
When OFF, every payment request is blocked safely before it reaches M-Pesa.
